Throughout his life, Steve has refused to let challenges hold him back. Having been rejected by his father and stepmother and placed in a children’s home in Leeds at the age of 13, he embarked on a journey of personal growth that continues to this day. During his 20-year career in marketing, Steve worked under 14 bosses and held 12 different roles in the UK and the Netherlands, so he is intimately familiar with the challenges faced by leaders operating in a rapidly changing international business environment.
In his motivational talks, Steve shares the lessons he has learned along the way. Whether he talks about leadership, transformation, developing a vision, building relationships or letting go of limiting beliefs, his message is to not settle for the present, but to connect with and create the future you want.
